Terms of Service
These terms cover the services and digital products sold on rescue.miodiollc.com by MioDio LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“MioDio”, “we”). By requesting a free check or buying, you (“you”, the merchant) agree to them.
1. What we sell
- Free tracking check: a review of your public storefront and anything you choose to send us, delivered by email.
- Custom Pixel Kit ($39, one-time): downloadable code files and guides for Shopify Customer events.
- Silent-Break Rescue ($199, one-time) and WooCommerce Google Feed Rescue ($149, one-time): diagnosis from information you send and written instructions and code for you to apply.
- Silent-Break Watch ($49 or $99 per month) and WooCommerce Feed Health Check ($29 per month): recurring checks of exports you send, with email alerts.
2. No access to your accounts
We do not ask for, accept or use passwords, staff accounts, collaborator access or API keys for your store or ad accounts. You make every change in your own store. If you send credentials anyway, we will ask you to change them and will not use them.
3. What we do not promise
Fixing tracking affects purchases that happen after the fix is installed. We do not and cannot recover conversions that were missed before. We do not promise any specific ad performance, revenue, return on ad spend, match rate or attribution numbers. Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms change their products without notice and control their own reporting; we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or data processing.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for: having the right to change the store and accounts involved; your privacy policy, cookie or consent banner and compliance with privacy laws where your customers are; testing changes (we provide a checklist); keeping backups; and removing customer personal data (names, emails, addresses, phone numbers) from any export you send us.
5. Subscriptions
Monthly plans renew automatically each month through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing corp@miodiollc.com or through the Stripe customer link in your receipt; service continues until the end of the paid month. We may change monthly prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Refunds follow our refund policy.
7. License for kit files
You may install and modify kit files on stores you own or operate. Agencies may install them for one client store per purchase. You may not resell or republish them.
8. Disclaimer and limit of liability
Deliverables are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. MioDio’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost sales, ad spend or lost data.
9. Independence
MioDio LLC is independent and is not a Shopify Partner, agency or employee of, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by, Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, WooCommerce or Automattic. Their names are trademarks of their owners. We use AI-assisted tools in our work; a person at MioDio is responsible for every deliverable.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Please email us first; most problems can be fixed quickly.
11. Changes and contact
