Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MioDio LLC collects through rescue.miodiollc.com and our services, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Free check form: your email, store URL, platform, the tools you use and any notes you write.
• Purchases: Stripe processes payments and gives us your name, email, billing country, the store URL you enter and payment status. We never see your full card number.
• Files you send: screenshots and exports (for example an order export or GA4 report). We ask you to delete customer columns (names, emails, addresses, phones) before sending. We only need order IDs, dates, totals and sales channel.
• Email: the messages you send us.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

Only to deliver what you asked for, reply to you, send receipts and service emails, keep business and tax records and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We may send you one follow-up email after a free check; reply “stop” and we won’t email again.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and form handling), our email providers, and AI-assisted tools we use to analyze the files you send. We do not send customer personal data to these tools; that’s why we ask you to remove it first.

How long we keep it

Exports and screenshots: deleted 90 days after the work ends or your subscription ends. Free-check requests: up to 12 months. Payment records: as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

Email corp@miodiollc.com to get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK or a US state with privacy laws, you have the rights those laws give you, and you may complain to your local regulator.
