Refund Policy

Custom Pixel Kit ($39)

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you ask, no reason needed.

Silent-Break Rescue ($199) and WooCommerce Google Feed Rescue ($149)

• Before we start work (we email you when we do): full refund on request.
• After we start: if your test order still isn’t tracking correctly within 30 days of purchase, after you’ve applied the steps we sent, we either keep working on it at no extra cost or refund you in full, whichever you choose.
• “Correctly” means new purchases show up once each, with the right value and order ID, in the tools covered. It does not mean recovering past conversions or reaching any ad performance target.

Monthly plans (Watch $49 / $99, Woo Health Check $29)

Cancel anytime; you won’t be charged again. If you’re charged for a month and tell us within 7 days that you didn’t want it, we refund that month.

How to ask

Email corp@miodiollc.com from the address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
